Common matters
-Tangerine products can only be exchanged for the same size/color when exchanged. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return and delivery fee.
-All exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please make sure to submit a request on the Q&A bulletin board, not a return/cancellation request.
-Please note that if returned via other courier service (including convenience store courier service), the fee will be borne by the customer.

We are using CJ Korea Express courier.
Delivery is completed within 7 days on average.
-Refunds will be processed according to the initial payment method within 2 to 3 business days after the return is received.
Buyer's reason for return/exchange
-Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs due to color and size exchange such as simple change of mind.
-Return: KRW 5.000-Exchange: KRW 5,000
Seller's reason for return/exchange
-In case of defective or incorrect delivery, Tangerine will pay the round-trip shipping cost.
-In case of non-defectiveness: The part of the product with insufficient wrinkles during delivery (fine migration, seams, bond marks, chalk marks, miscellaneous yarns, etc.) 1~2cm from the marked size according to the fabric-specific odor size measurement method In the case of error pattern & breakage products, if there is a difference between location and detail, the difference in monitor resolution and color difference according to the lighting (three wavelength, LED, natural light)
If return/exchange is not possible
-If there are signs of washing or wearing, dirt, perfume, etc.
-Leggings, knitwear, thin fabric tee, etc.
-When the value of the product to the extent that it is impossible to resell has decreased significantly over time
-In case the value of the product is degraded due to intentional damage to the product
-If the product/color specified in advance cannot be refunded or exchanged, if it is stated in advance
-Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded
Combined delivery and partial delivery
-Combined delivery is not possible because the delivery file is provided by the company on the same day only for payment after ordering. (Address change, size cannot be changed)
-Please make sure to carefully determine the size or product before purchasing and purchase.
-Customers who wish to purchase additional items after delay or after placing an order, please re-order.
(Since combined delivery is not possible, you will have to pay the shipping cost separately.)
-If delivery is delayed due to delays in stocking for more than 2 weeks or due to congestion of orders, please leave it on the bulletin board for partial delivery.
